All items are shipped directly from the manufacturer in order to expedite your item delivery time. We are experiencing a large amount business and the manufacturers are currently shipping the product in 3-7 business days.  This is 3-7 business days before it leaves their shop. If for some reason your order can not be shipped within 3-7 business days, we will contact you via email and let you know estimated ship date. Personalized items take an extra 3 days for personalization.

Shipping costs are calculated at a percentage of your order. We do not believe in giving you our customer a great deal only to gouge you on shipping costs. Costs are estimated as best as possible to the rates we pay to the shipping companies.
