Since my start selling products over the Internet, I have served thousands
of customers and pride myself on being responsive to customer wants and needs.
In 1996 I started selling products over the Internet before the Internet was
a household name. Since that time, I have worked for many high tech companies
selling goods and services electronically over the web. I’ve learned a
lot about how you do and do not treat a customer. Foremost, I do not claim to
be something I am not, I am an individual merchant who treats my customers the
same way I would expect to be treated, with good quality product, good price,
prompt delivery and good communications throughout the transaction. If you’re
not satisfied with the product or how you have been treated, I am not satisfied
